"Breaking Bad", "Better Call Saul" and so many other television shows are credits belonging to mega producer, director, writer, production manager and assistant director Stewart Lyons. MPAA Chairman Chris Dodd welcomed Mr. Lyons to DC with a reception and discussion at the Motion Pictures of America Association Headquarters on June 9, 2015. Lyons has worked on 33 television series, including the Happy Days episode "Jumping the Shark." A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of Arts where he received his BFA degree and later a MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. During the discussion - Lyons spoke candidly about his time working on "Breaking Bad" and even walked the audience of 100 guests through scene setups, examples of how he overcame production challenges and dispensed sage advice for those looking to pursue careers in the television industry.
